Michelle JouvenalSenior Program Coordinator
Michelle Jouvenal is on secondment from the Italian National Institute of Statistics, where she headed the Technical Cooperation Unit for several years, before taking on the responsibility of the President's Office. She has a background in International Relations from Brandeis University and University of Trieste, and has managed and coordinated technical assistance projects in the field of statistics, including households surveys and censuses, following the whole project cycle. Michelle is based in Rome, at the Center for Development Data (C4D2), with the World Bank’s Living Standards Measurement Study (LSMS) team. As Senior Program Coordinator, she will manage and monitor ongoing programs and trust funds, strengthening the collaboration with the Rome-based agencies of the United Nations, Italian institutions, and other international partners. Her main areas of expertise are project management, donors' coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
